Good stay!

The property is in a great location for travelling, sightseeing and eating out. It’s also clean, stylish and offers a wonderful selection of breakfast items. And in true Hyatt style the bed was super comfortable!

The only downside was that not a single window opened in the room so there was no fresh air into the bedroom and the aircon was not adjustable :-(

shower was difficult - tub edge was high so was hard to get 'into' the shower/tub; rain showered was in center of shower and shower faucet handle was in awkward spot; shower doors didn't close properly so the shower flooded excessively each time the shower was used; was a dangerous/slippery situation and I would not choose to stay in this room again

Very uncomfortable from front table staff.

Good location

Very rude and rough front staff. My total amount is 2560 euro. But they hold and already deducted from my card amt euro 4005. So that they deducted more 1445 euro. They did not reply for that. Till time I have not recd my excess amount deducted from me.

Luxurious and comfortable stay in Milan.

The hotel was very luxurious and the staff was very helpful. We were traveling with an infant and they attended to our every need. The facilities, including gym and spa, were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the blinds in the room meant we could sleep comfortably without disturbance from the sun.

The room was perhaps on the smaller side, but still large enough to comfortably fit a cot and move around in.

The staff were very friendly. Location was very close to Milan Central Train Station

The stay went well, the beds are comfortable and everything was as expected.

The reception staff were very helpful and answered all my questions with a good attitude. They serve an excellent fresh breakfast. The hotel was immaculately clean. I found the suite was I given somewhat dark and believe the decoration could be improved upon although I believe it might have recently been refurbished.

I found little to dislike. The hotel is well managed but more of a commercial hotel than for a tourist.

Nice quality accommodation central to train station

Room was good quality and bar on ground floor was good. Was given early check-in which was big positive

We tried to arrange dinner and drinks at Sky Garden bar and were told during check-in it would be arranged. When we turned up there was a function and we couldn’t go in so impacted our plans for the evening

Hotel is just average, not worth the money. Food shocking

Property was clean in general. When we got our room there was 2 half empty bottles of water and the bed had imprints of people sitting on it. We called down to the front desk and complained. The room was then cleaned and we revived a box of chocolates. Wasn’t the best start to the trip, but overall the hotel is clean.

Food in the restaurant was shocking. Being in Italy you would expect the food to be tasty, especially a pasta dish, however it was disgusting. We ordered pasta and meatballs, the presentation was horrible and then the taste…. It was like it was microwaved, the meatballs were tiny, very unpleasant looking and they tasted disgusting.. didn’t taste like meat. Couldn’t eat it.

Great location, service, food and overall experience. Highly recommend!

The service from the staff was exceptional. They are friendly, professional and helpful. The room was really nice but would have been nicer if there was more space. The location was perfect for getting to and from our explorations around the city. It rained a few times throughout the trip, so it handy that the hotel provided umbrellas as they came in handy. We were also able to take them with us when we left, which we were grateful for. The breakfast was amazing, we only wish we had the more room to eat more. Lol. The designs, interior and smell around the hotel was amazing.

The King room was smaller than expected. The view from the hotel wasn't great, but no fault to the hotel of course.
